Delivery Time: Our products typically ship within 3-7 business days, orders are not prepared or shipped on Sundays. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Lost or Damaged Items: We take great care in filling, checking and packing your order. On rare occasions, a package may be damaged or lost in transit. If a truck shipment is damaged, please note the damage on the delivery receipt. Then call us at (908) 925-7500

  • $0.00-$40.00 = $15.00
  • $40.00-$100.00 = $25.00
  • $100.00-$250.00 = $50.00
  • $250.00-$400.00 = $70.00
  • $400.00 to $600.00 = $100.00
  • $600.00+ = FREE SHIPPING
  • IN-STORE PICKUP = FREE

Returns

Returns of Online Purchases

To ensure that your return is processed accurately and promptly, please call us at 908-925-7500 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions on how to ship back to us. Returns made without an RMA will not be accepted.

Before calling, please note the following:

Please note that installed products or fixtures with cut wires will be subject to a $50 USD minimum or 25% of retail cost fee.
Free Returns valid on select items in the 48 contiguous United States only; does not apply to freight, closeout sale items and other restrictions may apply.
If your item qualifies for Free Return Shipping, we will issue you a prepaid return shipping label. Please note you must take your package to an authorized drop-off location; pick-up service is not included.

All returned items must be sent back to us using the original shipping boxes and packing materials and product must arrive in good condition.
If your item(s) was delivered via freight, your return is subject to a $100.00 freight pick up fee per item which will be deducted from your return. You will receive a call to schedule a freight pick up appointment within 2-3 business days. Please note, items requiring freight delivery and/or returns are only available for shipment to addresses in the 48 contiguous US states.
Customers who have shipped items to Canada are responsible for covering all charges related to return shipping on orders originally delivered to Canada.

All Delivery orders must be returned within 10 days.

International Customers

Please note that all sales on international orders are final. The exception are orders be shipped to Canada, or Puerto Rico.

Customers who have shipped items to Canada or Puerto Rico are responsible for covering all charges related to return shipping on orders originally delivered to Canada.
